Fill cocktail shaker with ice,
Pour in Trent Original Gin and vermouth,
Shake thoroughly,
Strain and pour into a chilled Martini glass,
Garnish with three olives and some lemon peel.

Pour the Premium Dark Rum and the cola into a glass. Muddle well, then add plenty of ice and stir gently. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Put the Trent Original Gin and the honey in a cocktail shaker,
Stir really well so the honey dissolves,
Add both juices and top up with ice,
Shake well and strain twice into a chilled glass,
Garnish with lemon twist and honeycomb.

Pour Spirit of Trent Pomegranate Gin and the triple sec into a rocks glass,
Add sugar syrup, pomegranate seeds and wedges of lime, Muddle well then add lots of ice and mix well,
Garnish with a slice of lime and pomegranate seeds.

Add a small scoop of ice to a blender,
Add remaining ingredients,
Blend for approximately 30 seconds,
Pour into a cocktail glass,
Garnish with a sprig of mint
