If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Spirit of Trent drinks are consumable products, so we do not accept returns and all sales are considered final.
However, in the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit, please submit a request for a replacement product by contacting us by email to hello@spiritoftrent.com as soon as possible after receiving your order. Any request received more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be considered.
Please include the following information in your email:
- Your order number
- Proof of damage (photographs)
Once we receive your request, we will reply as quickly as possible and inform you of the next steps.
